Hedge Trimming

No matter what size project you are tackling, we are happy to help!

When undertaking work on garden hedges check that there are no birds nesting, as it is an offence under the Wildlife & Countryside Act 1981 to damage or destroy the nest of any wild bird while it is in use or being built.

New hedges require formative pruning for their first couple of years after planting. Formative pruning is usually carried out in winter or spring. After this, maintenance trimming is carried out, usually once a year for informal hedges and twice a year for formal hedges. Some formal hedges may need three cuts per year.

As a responsible and environmentally aware company, we recycle 100% of the waste created on site for Biomass.

Biomass is fuel that is developed from recycled materials, a renewable and sustainable source of energy.
